SoulCare: Befriending Your Body

• Does your body not “fit in the boxes” that society expect?
• Do you feel that your body has betrayed you - whether by fighting against itself, fighting against you, or just falling apart?
• Do you have a long-standing illness or condition that makes your daily life a bit harder than most?
• Do you have an acute body situation that has thrown you for a loop?

• SoulCare: Befriending Your Body is a monthly ONLINE place to find peace with your body. We will hold space for one another in a come-as-you-can, monthly meeting. We’ll explore our responses to various spiritual prompts, recognizing that our bodies are an integral part of our spiritual journeys.
  
  We meet ONLINE on the second Tuesday of each month, 2:30-3:30pm eastern.
  (An evening meeting would be possible if there are enough interested.) Please email Carrie if you are interested in an evening meeting!

This is a body-safe zone. You will not be expected to be sitting picture perfect on your zoom screen. You are free to keep your camera off, to lie in bed, to be present in whatever way you feel most comfortable. You are welcome to share about your symptoms or diagnoses (or not). There is no requirement to do so. All are welcome.
