Culinary Team Member (Cook)

POSITION PURPOSE

Culinary Team Members are truly at the heart of the guest experience at Rolling Ridge, playing a vital role in creating moments of warmth, nourishment, and connection through food. This position goes beyond meal preparation—it is about offering hospitality that helps guests feel welcomed, cared for, and at home from the moment they arrive.

Culinary Team Members focus on preparing fresh, high-quality meals with care, consistency, and attention to detail, ensuring that each dish reflects the values and standards of Rolling Ridge. Working collaboratively within the kitchen, they help maintain a clean, organized, and well-run environment that supports efficiency, safety, and teamwork.

Through a spirit of service and cooperation, Culinary Team Members contribute to the overall rhythm of the day, supporting fellow staff and responding to the needs of guests with flexibility and kindness. Chef Manager/Food Service Coordinator

POSITION PURPOSE

The Chef Manager/Food Service Coordinator is a key member of the Lead Staff, working closely with the Guest Services Manager to support and enhance the overall hospitality experience. This role is rooted in collaboration, communication, and shared leadership, ensuring that all aspects of food service align with our organization’s mission and standards of excellence.

With a strong emphasis on teamwork, the Chef Manager/Food Service Coordinator partners with staff across departments to create a welcoming, well-coordinated environment where guests feel cared for and valued. By contributing both strategic planning and hands-on leadership, this position helps ensure that daily operations run smoothly while also supporting long-term goals.

At the heart of this role is a commitment to guest satisfaction—anticipating needs, responding with flexibility, and delivering thoughtful, high-quality service. Guest Services Associate (aka "Host")

POSITION PURPOSE

A Guest Services Host is a key part of the hospitality team at Rolling Ridge, serving as a warm and welcoming presence for guests from arrival to departure. Hosts assist with check-ins, provide directions and information, respond to guest needs, and help ensure retreats and events run smoothly. As the face of Rolling Ridge, this role focuses on creating a positive, supportive on-site experience for individuals and groups. If you enjoy working with people, are adaptable and solution-oriented, and work well as part of a team, this could be a great fit. Hours are flexible, and while experience in hospitality or customer service is helpful, it is not required.
