
In this week's "Take Your Time Tuesday" video, Emily Kearns introduces us to physical and emotional wellness by offering us some self-Reiki techniques which she will expand on during two days of online Reiki training which begins in just 2 weeks.
Reiki allows you to care for yourself and others by focusing our skills and energy – mind and body - on healing, relaxation, and stress reduction. (And who doesn't need to reduce their stress during these uncertain times!) The two days of training will offer important techniques to promote well-being and will provide first and second degree certification in Reiki.
