Self-Reiki

 Restrictions may be slowly lifting as we move into month four of sheltering in place, but the need for self-care continues as strong as ever as the effects of physical distancing take their toll.  Self-care involves a healthy balance in our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual lives.  And at Rolling Ridge, we have opportunities to nurture a healthy well-being in each of these areas.

In this week's "Take Your Time Tuesday" video, Emily Kearns introduces us to physical and emotional wellness by offering us some self-Reiki techniques which she will expand on during two days of online Reiki training which begins in just 2 weeks. 

Reiki allows you to care for yourself and others by focusing our skills and energy – mind and body - on healing, relaxation, and stress reduction. (And who doesn't need to reduce their stress during these uncertain times!)  The two days of training will offer important techniques to promote well-being and will provide first and second degree certification in Reiki.
