A taste of…“The Wisdom of Living Well”
An evening at the intersection of Divinely-designed abundant life
and wise lifestyle choices, featuring evidence-based conversation
and practical exercises supporting whole-person wellbeing.

Personal interactions at home, at work or in our communities can present a perfect storm for chronic disconnection, disintegration, and dis-ease. Co-facilitated by a medical physician and a spiritual director, this introductory event explores how wise lifestyle choices empower our human capacity to shift from basic survival toward Divinely inspired thriving. We will give attention to the relationship between life in fullness and wise lifestyle choices, the five key human capacities known to impact well-being, and basic practices and resources that inspire sustainable lifestyle changes toward well-being.

Through practical, evidence-based conversations and exercises, this taste of “The Wisdom of Living Well” introduces you to personal lifestyle changes that support whole-person well-being.

This event provides a sneak peak to our 8-week experiential workshop called “The Wisdom of Living Well,” an interdisciplinary experience of making wise lifestyle choices that align with the Creative Spirit’s invitation toward well-being, scheduled for Spring 2023.

Registration Fee: $50
