December…a time filled with Holiday gatherings, food, decorations and music…also a time when daylight diminishes and shadows lengthen.

With all that’s happening in the world these days, we might not know how to be present to the festivities and celebrations, the sadness and the fears.  Some may feel like skipping the holidays altogether while others might want to dive headlong in to escape.

One way to navigate the season’s paradoxical fullness this year is to hit the pause button and experience the spiritual practice of savoring. Savoring widens our space, sharpens our attention, and reconnects us to meaning.

And yes, savoring does take practice so plan to join us for this guided ONLINE evening of tasting the Wonders of the moment, of lingering with persistent Light, of finding that something Extra for this Holiday season. These will be 2 hours that will change your perspective as December begins.  Join us Thursday evening, November 30th from 7-9 pm eastern.

Registration Fee:  $35 for this ONLINE seasonal event.
