This workshop is an experiential introduction to the labyrinth, its history, and ways for people to incorporate it into their own personal spiritual/healing journey. This program will include a brief history of the labyrinth and it’s use in various cultures, symbolism and associations, labyrinth etiquette, different practices/approaches to using the labyrinth for spiritual/emotional growth, meditation, relaxation and healing. Labyrinth walking experiences, time for individual reflection and group sharing of received wisdom and insight Will be part of the day.
