Reiki Practice: Embracing Everyone and Everything Day Apart

Program Details

As we begin our 2026-27 Rolling Ridge theme of "In All Things, For Every One", join us for a Day Apart Retreat to explore Reiki as a spiritual connection to all.

Reiki and reiki practice seeks to remind us of our light and lightness within, remembering that we are one with the sacred and thus interwoven with all we see and experience - there is no separation. When we are able to live in and from our divine center, we experience coherence and stability and naturally love and accept life and all that is encompassed within life: everyone and everything.

Mikao Usui, founder of the system of reiki practice, after his experience of awakening, is said to have stated, "I am the universe and the universe is within me". If we are all one whole, it follows that our brothers and sisters and all of nature are of us, and us them.

Whether Reiki is new to you or if you are a Reiki practitioner, all are welcome.

About the Leaders

Judy Bousquin

Judy Bousquin, a life-long learner and seeker, teaches the spiritual practices of Reiki, yoga and meditation individually and in groups. The benefits of personally finding internal calm, equilibrium and the knowing of our deep interconnection with all things, inspired Judy to share these time-honored traditions through her private practice, Healing and Renewal, and through Yoga Moves yoga studio, both in Stoneham, MA. Through her offerings of classes, workshops and mentoring, Judy nurtures students to discover their inner essence and wisdom. Judy’s philosophy is that life as a spiritual journey is where we both acknowledge and honor the light within us and also embrace our humanness with its many layers of complexity.
