Reiki: Acknowledging Holy Presence Within and Beyond Ourselves

Reiki is a Japanese word to describe the energy within us, all around us and a practice that helps us to remember ourselves as an expression of this energy. When we remember our essence, the process reminds us that we are an element of the divine. Does this ring true to you? That we are so much more than how we ordinarily see ourselves?

Divinity and Holy Presence are usually taught and viewed as something outside ourselves; reiki practice assists us in uncovering the truth of our divinity and holy presence within.  Reiki practice helps us to tap into the fullness of who we are beyond how we usually define ourselves by our gender, skin color, sexual orientation, education, social affiliations and so much more.    

As part of our 2025-26 Rolling Ridge theme of "Seeing Holy Presence", join us for a Day Apart Retreat to explore and center within the energy of reiki as a spiritual practice to support our deepest selves. Holy presence is a sense of being, knowing our interconnection with all of life and sharing the unity of divinity.

Reiki practice returns us to a rediscovery of our home within ourselves, and helps us to experience our divinity within, through our body, our mind and our heart.
