I'm Looking for a Spiritual Directorwith Rolling Ridge staff
Our retreat begins Saturday afternoon with a gathering of folks interested in exploring how ancient festivals, rituals, story and sacred dance can enliven and deepen our connection to one another, the earth and cosmos. At this time of year when days are growing longer and Spring is growing closer, we gather to celebrate the Awakening of our Sacred Earth and the re-awakening of our own connections to the earth, to one another, to the Holy. We remember that in the beginning, the Divine Spirit hovered over the waters and the waiting earth saw life begin. We remember, too, how the Divine Spirit hovers over humankind and a waiting people awaken to deeper consciousness. We gather together to celebrate how the darkness which heals and refreshes, allowing the seeds of the earth to germinate anew, echoes in our own souls as the quiet and rest lead us, too, to be refreshed and germinate ever more deeply in our inner spirits.Retreat Cost: $140 pp, double occupancy, including two meals. REGISTRATION DEADLINE is 1/31/19
On Saturday, February 2 from 7pm-9:30pm You are invited to take time out at this midpoint of winter to join hands with friends, families and neighbors in circles, lines and spirals of Sacred Circle Dance. Bring your life experience, curiosity, and desire to learn the stories of - and personally explore - these simple and timeless dances. Sacred Circle Dance invites us into healing and wholeness; for ourselves, our community and the people, places and situations around the world in need of healing grace. In unity with the Feast of Brigid in Kildare, Ireland our ritual will take place in the courtyard. Together we will bless the waters of the well, light the flame of Brigid and welcome the first stirrings of the sleeping earth at Imbolc. Each dance will be taught, no experience needed.Registration Fee: $15 (on line registration is REQUIRED. Payment either on line or at the door) Space is limited to 30 people.
On Sunday, February 3 from 11am-12:30pm,
