Pam Kristan, author of Awakening in Time: Practical Time Management for Those on a Spiritual Path, has been teaching and consulting in spiritually oriented time-management since the late 80s. She moderated speak-outs for National Take Back your Time Day. In the early 90s she ran the adult spiritual education program at The Paulist Center in downtown Boston where she produced such series as Sunday/Monday: Integrating Work and the Spiritual Life.
