Offering and sustaining excellent patient care requires healthcare professionals who care well for themselves. The expectations and stresses of helping others regain or maintain their health – especially with the recent pandemic – has put undue, risky strain on the health and wellbeing of healthcare professionals. Where can healthcare professionals pause and receive support for their own wellbeing? Where can they be deeply heard in a safe and confidential space? Where can they take a reinforcing deep breath with other caring companions?

“Listening Space in Healthcare” offers the regular small group experience where healthcare professionals can pause, be deeply heard and find support and encouragement toward their own wellbeing. There will be monthly gatherings held online on the first Monday of each month starting in the fall from 12 noon -1 p.m. and facilitated by trained deep listeners, John Kiemele, PhD (Rolling Ridge program director, spiritual director, wellbeing educator) and Deadra Bachorik Ashton, MDiv, BCC (Chaplain, Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center, spiritual director).

There is no cost for this event but you need to register to receive theonline link.

Please note: Because of the Labor Day holiday, we will NOT be meeting on Monday, September 5th.
