Eco Adventure: God in Nature- Big Kids

Program Details

The Big Kids Eco-Adventure program welcomes children ages 7-10 to explore nature, play, and do experiments, while learning ways we can find God in the natural world from Tuesday, August 12 to Thursday, August 14. Although this is a three hour drop-off program (1:30-4:30 pm), parents are welcome to stay and observe. A limited number of parent volunteer spots are available for adults who agree to stay and assist with the class. Parent volunteers will be refunded $20 for each day they assist.

Big Kids: Ages 7-10, drop off class, 1:30-4:30pm
All 3 Days: First Child: $180, Each Additional Sibling: $135

Single Day: First Child: $60, Each Additional Sibling: $45

About the Leaders

Kay Milligan

Kay Milligan has been teaching children's outdoor nature classes for over five years. With a passion for teaching, Kay helps kids and their adults learn more about ourselves and the natural world through the joy of play. Kay is a trained and certified Tinkergarten teacher who has many years experience working with children of all ages and abilities. Before founding Nature Play with Kay, she taught recreational and therapeutic horseback riding to children and adults with a wide range of special needs, and was the Director of Volunteers at a local non-profit. She loves spending time outdoors, exploring nature, cooking, and reading. Kay is an avid homeschooler and she and her son can often be found outside exploring on an adventure day.
