Remember this? “Ladies and gentlemen, we are experiencing unexpected turbulence, so I have turned on the ‘fasten seatbelt’ sign.” In these hard and challenging times, we all can use a good seatbelt. After 7 months of flying through COVID, “Being at Ease” offers each of us a reliable seatbelt by engaging Mindful Self-Compassion and the way of Jesus as a doorway into being at ease through turbulent times. This evidence-based, wisdom-informed conversation, along with practical spiritual exercises, helps us navigate our twists and turns and awakens our sense of ease within despite what is happening around us.
