Program Details

When there's too much to do in too little time, it's wise to go beyond conventional time management, which often feels like more items on an already overloaded list. Instead, we'll dig down to the underlying causes and gain new insights in three areas – the ABCs of Attention, Boundaries, and Choices – cultivating attention that’s flexible or focused as needed, firm yet flexible boundaries to protect you from unreasonable expectations, and choices that serve your truest self.

We’ll practice hands-on skills, do reflective journalling, work in small/large groups, and do simple ritual to develop time management capacity. The process is one of effort and recovery – venturing out to your leading edge, then coming back to center to replenish your resources. You’ll leave with new skills and insights, and increased capacity for satisfaction, growth and freedom to respond whatever time management challenges may come your way.
