Doorway to the Sacred: Inner Journeys to Excavate the Holywith Stephanie Rutt
Join us for a joint event between Rolling Ridge and Nature Play with Kay. During this "All About Owls Family Adventure Day," we'll learn fun facts about Snowy and Barn Owls and each child will have the opportunity to dissect a real owl pellet, finding bones and evidence of what the owl ate. Children may take home everything they find within their owl pellet. Our All About Owls program will be held indoors at Rolling Ridge.
Class Schedule:
1:30 pm Welcome & Introduction with juice & pastries provided by Rolling Ridge
2:00 pm Fun Facts About Snowy Owls and Barn Owls
2:30 pm Owl Pellet Dissection
All About Owls is ideal for families with children ages 5-12, but is open to kids of all ages. Younger children may require more caregiver assistance. Siblings under the age of 3 may tag along for free, and may team up with an older sibling, but will not have their own owl pellet to dissect.
Cost: $25 first child and $20 each additional sibling
