Spiritual Resiliency is an invitation to reconnect all parts of health. If you live with a chronic illness - or even if you don’t! - learning and reflecting on the interconnection of all pieces of health and wellness can be transformative. We will spend our day exploring how five kinds of practices can support the wholeness of our selves. Through spiritual practices and perspectives, holistic practices from a mind-body-spirit perspective, honoring and caring for our emotions, creativity, and self-care, we will build a foundation to support not just our physical health, but also spiritual, mental, emotional, and intellectual health.

The day will include learning, quiet reflection, small group sharing and discussion, meditation, and creative time.

In order for this Day Apart to be as accessible as possible for those with physical health challenges, it will be offered ONLINE only. All are welcome. If you are drawn to attend but the timing or format is not conducive for you, please contact us.

Cost is $35 for this ONLINE day retreat.
