On the water we share in Lectio Divina, an ancient practice of listening to a piece of sacred wisdom, three times. Each reading includes a question to ponder followed by an extended time of paddling in silence. On this paddle on Lake Cochichewik, we will be
accompanied by the wisdom of Mary Oliver, a poet and mystic. Much of Mary Oliver’s poetry is rooted in Provincetown, MA and reflects on how nature inspires and restores us physically, emotionally and spiritually.
