Loving Connected Presence
Weekly on Monday 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM
This 6-week online series teaches core principles and practices of Mindful Self-Compassion. This course blends current research with ancient wisdom traditions to evoke deeper, vital connections that enrich personal relationships with self, others and God/the Divine. Through facilitated group discussions, experiential exercises, guided meditations and home practices, we will tap into existing personal capacities to connect and care, develop positive interpersonal skills of presence, and build inner resources for love-based, sustainable well-being.
No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is required to participate.
Participation in all six sessions is strongly encouraged.
