Way of the Heart

An 8-week online experiential learning cohort, offering a rhythm of large and small group interactions training participants to navigate opportunities and challenges and to enhance connections by realigning attitudes and cultivating contemplative practices of body, mind and soul, leading toward life’s fullness and sustainable impact in any season of life.
In a world fraught with distraction, disconnection and fragmentation, where we easily get stuck in survival mode…however…

What if we could shift from survive into thrive?

What if we could experience authentic connections?

What if life’s fullness was closer than we think?

This is what “Way of the Heart” is all about.
