The GRAND OPENING of the "Ridge Wellness Center" will take place on Sunday, September 19, 2010 at noon, as we celebrate "RIDGEFEST". A Ribbon Cutting ceremony, with poetry and a musical offering by Mary Ellen Driscoll will be a part of the opening.

This new space will be the home for our wellness team, located on the second floor at the poolhouse, AKA "the upper room". The space will include two healing rooms, a private restroom, and a spacious waiting area.

BODY THERAPIES

As a retreat center, our mission is to provide you with a place where you can attend to mind, body and spirit. Our classes and retreats provide opportunities to nourish the mind and the spirit, but sometimes it's difficult to receive these gifts when our bodies are tense, wound up, and perhaps in pain. We offer our body therapies so that, if you wish, you can refresh yourself by experiencing the calming, grounding effect of skilled, compassionate touch.

Rolling Ridge is a licensed massage and body work facility. A private room is on site for massage and other body work. We contract with several Certified Massage Therapists and other Body Work providers to offer this service.

Body therapies are available for individuals on private retreats or for members of larger retreat groups, in addition to the general public. All services provided are on an appointment only basis. OVERNIGHT GUESTS of Rolling Ridge will receive a 10% DISCOUNT on all body work.

Groups who anticipate a large number of requests for massage or other body therapies should contact our Guest Services office to make arrangements prior to your arrival.
